During my stay, I encountered an interesting mix of experiences. The beach was absolutely stunning, and the varied meals were delicious. However, the room I initially received was disappointing, with a view of a ruined building, and the cleaning service left much to be desired. The hotel has a bit of an older vibe and could use some improvements, especially in terms of housekeeping and the overall condition of the facilities.

I had a good experience overall, with delicious food and a nice, well-maintained place. The pools were great for kids, and the beach at Red Sea provided a superb stay for kiters. However, the TUI representative was quite arrogant and the Wi-Fi was expensive. The location is a bit remote from Hurghada airport, which added to the inconvenience.

While I loved the vibrant beach scene and the enthusiastic animation team, I was disappointed by problems with mosquitoes, noise levels, and some room issues. The dining was quite good, with plenty of tasty options, but some aspects of the service were lacking. Overall, it's a place that has great potential, but it could use some improvements.

I had a fantastic holiday overall! The beach was stunning, and the food was delicious with plenty of options. The staff were mostly friendly and attentive, which made the stay enjoyable. However, the room I received was outdated and had some maintenance issues, which was a real letdown. Despite that, I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was inviting.
